Cancellation Policy
The Alchemist’s Suite: Ritual Policies
The Exchange of Time In this sanctuary, I dedicate my full energy and artistry to your transformation. To ensure the highest level of service for all seekers, I require a mutual respect for the calendar.
The Ritual Grace Period (Cancellations): I kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any adjustments or cancellations to your ritual. This allows another soul from the waiting list to fill the space in the circle.
The Recalibration Fee: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
The No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive for your ritual without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost. Future bookings may require a non-refundable "Sacred Deposit" to secure your place in the Archive.
The Late Arrival: Your ritual is a timed experience. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to simplify your service to ensure the next guest’s journey begins on time. The full service fee will still apply.
